أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Tabaarakal lazee biyadihil mulku wa huwa 'alaa kulli shai-in qadeer
Blessed be He in Whose authority is the dominion (the universe), and He has power over all things
The One (Allah) who has created death and life, so that He may test you (to find out) which of you are best in deed. And He is the All-Mighty, the Forgiving
Allazee khalaqa sab'a samaawaatin tibaaqam maa taraa fee khalqir rahmaani min tafaawutin farji'il basara hal taraa min futoor
The one (Allah) Who has created the 7 heavens one above another, you cannot see any fault in the creations of the Gracious. So look once again, can you see any rifts
Summar ji'il basara karrataini yanqalib ilaikal basaru khaasi'anw wa huwa haseer
Then repeat the look again, and yet again, your sight will return to you humbled and it is worn out
Wa laqad zaiyannas samaaa'ad dunyaa bimasaa beeha wa ja'alnaahaa rujoomal lish shayaateeni wa a'tadnaa lahum 'azaabas sa'eer
And indeed We have decorated the nearest heaven with lamps, We have made such lamps as missiles to drive away the devils, and have prepared for them the punishment of the blazing fire
Wa lillazeena kafaroo bi rabbihim 'azaabu jahannama wa bi'sal maseer
And for those who disbelieve in their Lord, there will be the punishment of hell, and worst indeed is that destination
Izaaa ulqoo feehaa sami'oo lahaa shaheeqanw wa hiya tafoor
When they will be cast in the fire, they will hear the (terrible) drawing of its breath as it blazes out
Takaadu tamayyazu minal ghaizi kullamaaa uliqya feehaa fawjun sa alahum khazanatuhaaa alam yaatikum nazeer
It almost bursts up with fury. Every time a group is cast in it; its keeper will ask: “Did no Warner come to you?”
Qaaloo balaa qad jaaa'anaa nazeerun fakazzabnaa wa qulnaa maa nazzalal laahu min shai in in antum illaa fee dalaalin kabeer
They will say: “Yes indeed, a Warner did come to us, but we rejected him and said: Allah has never sent down anything (of revelation), you are only in great error.”
Wa qaaloo law kunnaa nasma'u awna'qilu maa kunnaa feee as haabis sa'eer
And they will say: “Had we only listened or used our intelligence, we would not have been among the inmates of the blazing fire!”
Fa'tarafoo bizambihim fasuhqal li as haabis sa'eer
Then they will confess their sin. So, away (from the Mercy of Allah) will be the inmates of the blazing fire
Innal lazeena yakhshawna rabbahum bilghaibi lahum maghfiratunw wa ajrun kabeer
Surely! Those who fear their Lord unseen, they will have forgiveness and a great reward (Paradise)
Wa asirroo qawlakum awijharoo bihee innahoo 'aleemum bizaatis sudoor
And whether you keep your talk secret or disclose it, surely, He is All-Knower of what is in the hearts
Alaa ya'lamu man khalaq wa huwal lateeful khabeer
Should not He know Who has created? And He is the Kind, and Courteous (to His servants), All-Aware (of everything)
Huwal lazee ja'ala lakumul arda zaloolan famshoo fee manaakibihaa wa kuloo mir rizqihee wa ilaihin nushoor
It is He Who has made the earth submissive to you, so walk in the path thereof and eat of His provision, and to Him will be (the return) for Resurrection
'A-amintum man fissamaaa'i aiyakhsifa bi kumul arda fa izaa hiya tamoor
Do you feel secure from He Who is over the heaven, will not cause the earth to sink with you when it shakes (as in an earthquake)
Am amintum man fissamaaa'i ai yursila 'alaikum haasiban fasata'lamoona kaifa nazeer
Or do you feel secure from He Who is over the heaven, will not send against you a violent tornado? Then you shall know how terrible has been My Warning
Wa laqad kazzabal lazeena min qablihim fakaifa kaana nakeer
And indeed those before them denied (the Messengers of Allah), then see how terrible was My denial (punishment)
Awalam yaraw ilat tairi fawqahum saaaffaatinw wa yaqbidn; maa yumsikuhunna illaar rahmaan; innahoo bikulli shai im baseer
Do they not see the birds above them spreading out their wings and folding them in? None upholds them except the Gracious (Allah). Surely, He is the All-Seer all of everything
Amman haazal lazee huwa jundul lakum yansurukum min doonir rahmaan; inilkaafiroona illaa fee ghuroor
Who is the one that has an army to help you besides the Gracious? The disbelievers are in nothing but delusion
Amman haazal lazee yarzuqukum in amsaka rizqah; bal lajjoo fee 'utuwwinw wa nufoor
Who is there that can provide you if He withholds His provision? Nay, they continue to be in pride and they flee (from the truth)
But, when they will see it (the punishment on the Day of Resurrection) approaching, the faces of those who disbelieve will change with sadness (turn black), and it will be said (to them): “This is the Promise which you were calling for!”
Qul ara'aytum in ahlaka niyal laahu wa mam ma'iya aw rahimanaa famai-yujeerul kaafireena min 'azaabin aleem
Say (O Muhammad): “Even if Allah destroys me and those with me or He bestows His Mercy on us; who will save the disbelievers from a painful punishment?”
Qul huwar rahmaanu aamannaa bihee wa 'alaihi tawakkalnaa fasata'lamoona man huwa fee dalaalim mubeen
Say: “It is the Gracious (Allah), in Him we believe, and in Him we put our trust. Soon you will come to know who is it that is in clear error.”
Qul ara'aytum in asbaha maaa'ukum ghawran famai yaateekum bimaaa'im ma'een
Say (O Muhammad): “Have you seen that if all your water were to sunk away (in the ground), who then can supply you with flowing water?”

About Surah Al-Mulk
Surah Mulk (also Surah Tabarak) is the 67th surah of the Quran, revealed in Makkah before the Hijrah. Its 30 verses address Allah's absolute sovereignty, the purpose of life and death, warnings to those who deny the Hereafter, and mercy for believers who fear Him unseen.
The surah opens with Tabarak alladhi biyadihil mulk — blessed is He in whose hand is all dominion. Scholars including Ibn Kathir explain that this establishes tawhid and reminds the believer that every blessing flows from Allah alone. It is also called Al-Waqiyah (the protector) in hadith literature because of its association with protection in the grave.
