How does the 30-day challenge work?

  1. Night 1–7: Build the ritual (wudu, phone down, full Surah)
  2. Night 8–14: Add meaning — glance at translation for 3 verses
  3. Night 15–21: Slow the middle ayahs; feel the creation signs
  4. Night 22–30: Add short dua + optional memorization of 1 ayah/day

Why 30 days?

Here’s what I noticed within 30 days of making Surah Mulk my nightly practice: the Surah stopped feeling like homework and started feeling like a friend waiting at the edge of sleep. Habit research loves a month; the Sunnah loves consistency. Together they’re hard to argue with.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Surah Mulk 30-Day Challenge? +
A free habit challenge: recite Surah Mulk every night for 30 days, mark your tracker, and optionally journal one reflection. No fees, no course upsell.
What if I miss a day? +
Continue the next night. Optionally make up the missed recitation during the day. The goal is a companion Surah, not a perfect streak.
Do I need to memorize during the challenge? +
No. Recitation (reading or listening with presence) counts. Memorization is a bonus path via the Memorization Wizard.
