Verse 1 — The Opening

تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

"Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent."

Verse 30 — The Closing

وَقَالُوا لَوْ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِي أَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ

"And they will say, 'If only we had been listening or reasoning, we would not be among the companions of the Blaze.'"

Allah created seven heavens in layers — you will not see any flaw in the creation of the Most Merciful. Look again — do you see any breaks?

Verses 13-14 — The All-Knowing Creator

Whether you conceal your speech or declare it, He knows what is within the chests. Does He who created not know?

Verse 15 — The Earth Made Subservient

It is He who made the earth tame for you, so walk upon its shoulders and eat of His provision.

Verse 19 — The Birds in Flight

Do they not look at the birds above them with wings outspread and folded in? None holds them aloft except the Most Merciful.
